Information from Durtro regarding the Turquoise version:
Dear (and patient) friend:
At last we have received, and you have received if you are reading this letter found in your packet, your long-delayed order for the C93/Om green10". Except it isn't green; it's turquoise. And this is why:
Approximately 2,000 of the green vinyl 10" were ordered to be pressed. However, when the green vinyl arrived in the USA, there was, within that green pressing, a mis-pressing of 500 turquoise vinyl, which were meant to be green. But weren't. So what were eventually received by Neurot Records were 1,500 green, and 500 turquoise. The turquoise were sent back to the pressing plant to be destroyed and replaced with the correct green colour. But by the time the fault was noticed, Durtro's shipment of 120 "green" vinyl (which were, in fact, turquoise) had already been sent from the USA. Perhaps another 200 or so made it to the shops, meaning that there are around 300 of the turquoise in existence, making it the rarest of all the colours. The remaining 200 turquoise were sent back to the factory to be destroyed and replaced by green, bringing the final number of green up to around 1,700.
So when we received the incorrect turquoise pressing, we decided, hopefully rightly, that you would rather receive the rarer turquoise than the much commoner green, which (at this moment) is still available from Neurot Records who last night told me they had around 100 copies of it remaining.
You will also notice that the "green" turquoise vinyl copies have had their shrink-wrap opened. This was for two reasons. Firstly, we had to check whether they were in fact turquoise or green, and secondly to insert this note where you will see it.
We do hope you are happy with the decision we have made. If you would prefer to return the turquoise, and have it either replaced by a green copy, or have a refund of your payment, we will of course do so immediately, as well as refunding any postage you spend.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions or complaints.
Peace and love and apocalypse,
Your Hallucinatory Little Pony, Durtro.com, Hastings, England

Reviews
When I first heard that Current 93 and OM were releasing a split EP, I tried not to get my hopes up as I was sure I was going to be disappointed. Luckily, the final product sees both groups in fine form. OM provide a trademark hypnotic mantra while Current 93 throw a curveball with an entirely unexpected piece that is heavier and sludgier than the vast majority of the Current 93 back catalogue.
“Inerrant Infallible (Black Ships at Ninevah and Edom)” continues the lyrical themes found on Current 93’s most recent album. Musically it has little in common with that album, apart from the grinding riffage found on the title track. In addition to some wonderfully bizarre vocals (ranging from the biblical to the hallucinatory to Reese Witherspoon), Tibet also contributes a great repetitive bass line and a shroud of dissonant guitars. Catriona MacAffer plays some powerful bagpipes which complement both Tibet and the mood of the song. This is further proof that Tibet is at the top of his craft right now.
On the other side, OM’s “Rays of the Sun/To the Shrinebuilder” is exactly what I was expecting from them. Al Cisneros provides some seriously killer bass and his lyrics, although still impenetrable, are better than on OM’s two albums. Chris Hakius’s drumming is impeccable as usual. I was a little disappointed with their last album, Conference of the Birds but this has dusted away any doubts that they had lost their way too soon.
Inerrant Rays of Infallible Sun (Blackship Shrinebuilder) is an imposing and impressive release. Current 93’s side is slightly better than OM’s but both are of a high quality. I look forward to the forthcoming CD release as I imagine this 10” will become well worn over the coming weeks.
