This album was at the time thought to be the last Death In June album. It marks the first collaboration of Douglas P. with Boyd Rice of NON. The track "Hullo Angel" was also recorded for Current 93's "Swastikas for Noddy" album. The first edition of this LP had a white cover and was limited to 666 copies, the second had a yellow cover and was limited to ??? copies, and the third (a mistaken batch) a red cover, limited to 400 copies. There is also a semi-official Japanese version of this LP with a yellow cover, released by the dishonorable Supernatural Organization. It had a yellow cover, and is the only vinyl version with the track listing correctly showing "In Sacrilege". In 2000, this album was reissued as a picture disc through Tesco Distribution.
