decided to stop offering back catalogue material through our website,
as we wish to concentrate solely on new, recently released and
limited edition items. Those wishing to order back catalogue should
email World Serpent at mailorder@worldserpent.demon.co.uk.
RESERVATIONS
All items can be held for up to two weeks only.
If payment is not received by then, the reservation will be automatically
cancelled without informing the reserver. This does not
apply to reservations made before release/publication date; however
it does take effect once the item is available.

by fax or post. We would prefer it if you could download and print

THE PROBLEMS OF SENDING CASH
Unfortunately,
we have had a number of cash payments go missing, a very small
percentage of which were also registered. We do advise people
only to send cash if absolutely unavoidable, and would like to
remind people that cash is sent completely at the sender's own
risk.
PAYMENT
BY DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Money
may also be transferred to the Durtro Mail Order bank account
in England. Please note: all charges for the transfer must be
paid by the sender at his/her bank. Failure to do this means that
we have to pay those charges at this end, which means that the
correct amount will not have been received, and consequently the
item cannot be sent. Please quote your name as reference on your
bank instruction.
