Jansky
Noise was instrumental in starting the V/Vm Test working
alongside V/Vm from '96-99 before
concentrating more on his solo project Jansky Noise
since which he collaborated with Speedranch on two albums
and a 12" single for Leaf, Fat Cat and Planet Mu.
His input to the V/Vm Test can never be underestimated,
this John Leslie lookalike is most likely to be found
haunting the bars of Madrid these days with a girl on
each arm and a song in his heart.
A 12" single was released by Jansky on V/Vm Test
entitled 'the
cuckoo' which showcases his talents perfectly. Jansky
Noise is the king of error, fatal audio error. Diseased
audio output spews from his circuit boards and often
corrupts your memory bank. He has recently provided
Vukzid with an online release 'memorex
90/10' which was found tucked away on one of his
hard drives (filled with errors and bad clusters).
His twin brother (who also looks like John Leslie) records
as Animal and Jansky helped
produce his debut album.
In 2008 Jansky broke his audio silence with another release from his archive, this time recording as Butch Stolen for a download release on Vukzid 'the dying cowboy'.
