Personal cheques must be made payable to "James Kirby". When sending in your payment please include your address and the items you are ordering. SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I recognise that you don't want to pay any hidden costs or charges for any music you buy from me. That's why I am only charging you for the products you buy. V/Vm Test will pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Therefore the price you see is the price you pay, making it easier and just as importantly cheaper to shop online directly with me. All packages are sent out using first class post and in sturdy protective mailing envelopes. DELIVERY SCHEDULE We try to deliver your order when possible right away. Orders should take no longer than a week for us to dispatch. As soon as we receive your order here you will be sent a confirmation Email. On the day we dispatch your order you will be sent confirmation of your orders dispatch. Orders made by Cheque will on occasion be subject to a small delay while the cheque clears. Items should take no longer than three days to arrive after they are dispatched from here. To track an order you have made please Email me. DAMAGED/RETURNED ITEMS. If any items are damaged in the post I am happy to replace them. All I ask is that you send any damaged records/cds back to me. There will be no extra charge for the replacements. I do not offer refunds on items purchased.
