This last February, Dax Pierson from the Anticon hip-hop supergroup Subtle was seriously injured when the band's tour van hit a patch of black ice and flipped over several times.  Since then Dax Pierson has been undergoing surgery and physical therapy, and the Pink Bandana label has released Irreplaceable Hand: A Benefit CD For Dax Pierson - which features exlusive tracks from long-time Brainwashed friends Nurse With Wound, Matmos and irr.app.(ext.) - to help Dax with his hefty medical bills.

Though there doesn't yet appear to be a way to order the CD from the site just yet, daxpierson.com does contain information on the artist's condition and progress towards health.  Right now, the only online retailer offering the CD for sale appears to be San Francisco's Aquarius Records.
